Canada’s Predator Ridge and Sparkling Hill – Great Golf Courses and Resorts in Okanagan, BC

The best part of the spa is the -110 Celsius Cold Sauna, which cost $40 for the first session. Guests can jump inside a chamber colder than any place on the planet, almost nude for a maximum of three minutes. The utter cold, a treatment called cryotherapy, is supposed improve the nervous system, and the treatment is actually prescribed by European doctors.

Everything else this BC spa has to offer takes its guests breath away as well. Guest packages that include access to the spa start at $500 USD, though sometimes online specials can be found for closer to $400. The spa has even started offering a golf and spa package that includes golf at Predator Ridge and credit for a spa treatment, among others.

Predator Ridge Golf Resort has its own smaller spa and salon, remodeled and directed by AVEDA. While Sparkling Hill is centered around the spa and overall wellness, the spa here is second to the golf course.
